PayStay app users must be registered. You can register via the PayStay app, available from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can register online. Payment without the requirement to register is available utilising the PayStay guest feature. Simply scan the QR code on selected parking meters.

When you register for an account with PayStay you will be prompted to enter your credit card details. Your credit card will be debited by an amount that you specify on registration (the "Top Up Amount") and PayStay will automatically debit your credit card by that amount each time your account falls below a minimum account balance which you also nominate upon registration (the "Low Balance Threshold").
